This is one of the cheaper monthly services we reviewed and according to the Better Business Bureau they have had very few complaints in the last three years and all of their checkout screens are secure. However, we found they only offer properties that have gone into official bank owned, REO or Government foreclosures and the information ForeclosureNet.net includes in their listing details to be minimal.
While they do include all the general information regarding a property like beds, baths, sq. feet and the year it was built this foreclosure site does not post the date the property was listed or any legal, tax, auction or loan details about the property.
ForeclosureNet.net several resourceful articles about real estate and foreclosure investing. However, we were disappointed that they do not include neighborhood or crime demographics.
They do offer a free seven day trial. We found every step of the joining process was secure and up-to-date. To cancel your account you must use their “cancellation page.” A link to this page is located on the member login screen.
Although this is a decent foreclosure site, we found them to be considerably smaller and resulted in fewer hits.
