ForeclosureListings.com offers listings from all walks of the foreclosure world including auctions, tax liens, bank, reo and government foreclosures. Listed information includes the basics like address, price and lot size. Additionally, they post the property’s, publication date, status and which stage of foreclosure it is in. When available they provide the property’s tax information and auction details.

With ForeclosureListings.com you can receive email updates, read foreclosure related articles and get community and school information. The service is $34.95 a month, but you can sign up for a week trial for $3.95. To cancel your subscription you must use ForeclosureListing.com’s “cancel page.” This can be located on their “contact” section.

A large concern we had with this site is it’s security. While the site that you place your credit card information goes through CCBill.com, a secure website with a valid security certificate, the first page you place your personal information including your name, email and user id is not an https secure site. We emailed ForeclosureListings.com about this issue and they responded within a few days; however, at the time of this review the problem was not rectified.
