Foreclosure Data included on of the largest databases we reviewed boasting more than one million listings nationwide. Listings are updated daily and the details display the property’s status, equity percentage and tax information. Additionally, you can search properties within a radius of a specific zip code.
The resource section provides several financial calculators, a getting started guide and “how to” information. They do not however provide any demographic or community resources like crime or school information.
Like most Foreclosure Data offers a seven day trial membership; however, this costs $2.95.
Our biggest disappointment with Foreclosure Data is their security. There billing is outsourced to CCBill.com. While this site is secure using https security and has current security validation, the initial information you provide to Foreclosure Date regarding your name, email, phone number, physical address and account login ID and password does not use https security. To cancel your membership, you must login to your account and cancel within the membership screen.
