Absolute Foreclosures provides foreclosure listings from across the country. They provide the basic listings including foreclosures, government foreclosures and public auctions. This listing service provides the usual information about the property including city, state, beds and baths, but we found they did not go into very much detail regarding the property’s legal or tax background. Absolute Foreclosures does provide some additional information in the form of a few real estate related articles.

This is the only service we reviewed that only billed annually. For $34.95 a year you can have access to Absolute Foreclosure’s entire database. They do provide a free trial and secure sign-in screen. To cancel, you must use the provided “cancellation section” located on the login screen and the company contact page.
