One major method was buying REO's (Real Estate Owned) Properties, which is the term for bank, government and other institutional properties that were repossessed by the lending institution and held for disposition. Another method was buying at the Real Estate Foreclosure Auction.

We extensively tracked many resources in the search of discount Real Estate properties but this became time consuming and cumbersome to keep track of. In this fast paced business we decided a base was needed to better track ongoing activities rather than going to numerous locations and piles of paper work.
